Any Biddable plan, paid a year in advance for calendar 2027, at 40% off the annual price, for the first 25 firms. Founding customers join the free pilot straight away and pay nothing until 1 January 2027.

Founding prices are for the first 25 firms, for calendar 2027, paid in advance by bank transfer against an invoice. Extra bids USD 95 each on Solo, Team and Pro. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT where it applies (UAE VAT at 5%).

How it works

Five steps, the same as any application, with an invoice in the middle.

  1. Apply

    The usual application, with your founding plan chosen at the top. We reply by email within two working days.

  2. A short call

    Twenty minutes on what you bid for and how. We confirm the plan fits, that a founding place is still open, and sign a non-disclosure agreement both ways.

  3. Your invoice

    From Toga EMEA FZC LLC, for your plan's founding price in US dollars, with UAE VAT added where it applies.

  4. Pay by bank transfer

    Within fourteen days of the invoice date. There is no card payment. Your founding place is held from the day the payment arrives.

  5. The pilot, then 2027

    Your space is set up from your answers and you use Biddable free until 31 December 2026. Your paid plan runs from 1 January 2027, and you may renew for 2028 at the same price.

The refund promise

If paid plans have not started by 31 March 2027, you get all of it back.

In full, to the account it came from, within thirty days of your asking. No deduction and no conditions. Until then you keep using the pilot.

Once paid plans have started, the normal terms apply: a founding-customer plan is a year's subscription paid in advance, and it is refunded in the same cases as any other annual plan.

Questions

The founding-customer questions people ask.

Is this an investment?

No. It is a software subscription paid in advance. You buy a year of Biddable at a lower price because you commit early. You receive no share of the company, no return and no say in how it is run. Biddable is sold by Toga EMEA FZC LLC, which holds a UAE trade licence for selling software over the internet.

Can I change plan?

Yes, freely until your invoice is issued: pick any plan on the call. After you have paid, you can move up to a larger plan during 2027 by paying the difference at the founding price. We do not refund a move down within the year.

What if you do not launch?

If paid plans have not started by 31 March 2027, we refund everything you paid, in full, within thirty days of your asking. Nothing else is owed by either side.

What about VAT?

The prices exclude VAT. Where UAE VAT applies, usually for customers in the United Arab Emirates, we add it to the invoice at 5%. Customers elsewhere are not normally charged UAE VAT; your invoice shows what applies to you.

How many founding places are there?

Twenty-five. We do not run a counter on this page; we tell you on the call whether a founding place is still open, and a place is held from the day your payment arrives.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer, in US dollars, against an invoice from Toga EMEA FZC LLC, within fourteen days of the invoice date. There is no card checkout and no payment processor.

What does 2028 cost?

The same as 2027, if you choose to renew: your founding price holds for one more year. We ask you towards the end of 2027, and you decide then.
